paid out of the Residuum of his Personal Estate within<lb></lb>
One year after the payment of his Debts and priors<lb></lb>
Legacies: Your Mother who was the Exectuix never<lb></lb>
paid this Legacy and it is apprehended you may be<lb></lb>
her Extor; I therefore trouble you with this by the<lb></lb>
direction of our Treasurer to desire that you will<lb></lb>
please to signify whether Assets are come to your<lb></lb>
hands sufficient to answer this Legacy to the Hospl</p>

mark all such Storers, Wavers Saplings for Tillers<lb></lb>
as are proper to be left, & to send Mr. Trears an accot.<lb></lb>

for the 482 Foot of Ash being £18.1 6</p>
