By your letter of the 29th. past you wrote my Clerk<lb></lb>
that you have let Nicholls's land to Jennings if I consent<lb></lb>
at £4 a Year which went at £5 in answer to<lb></lb>
which I must acquaint you that I have not the<lb></lb>
power of agreeing to this bargain without acqu=<lb></lb>
ainting out Committee therewith which I design<lb></lb>
to do at their first meeting & then will write you<lb></lb>
further in the mean time you may take down<lb></lb>
the two Pollards you write to be necessary<lb></lb>
& let them be cut into the aces you mention</p>
