Mr. Swaine of Haslingleigh has sent notice<lb></lb>
that he intends to fall the further Cant of Gillnashwood between<lb></lb>
a Michmas & Xmas next. You are therefore desired to take care<lb></lb>
of the timber growing, & to mark all such Storers, Wavers, &<lb></lb>
Saplings or Tillers, as are proper to be left: he is restrain'd<lb></lb>
from cutting above one third part of the underwood in any<lb></lb>
one year & is to cutt none under thirteen years growth<lb></lb>
or above fifteen. You will send an Accounts Mr<lb></lb>
Treasurer as soon as conveniently you can of what is<lb></lb>
done.</p>

the Arrears due at your entring on the receipt<lb></lb>
and consequently it does not appear whether<lb></lb>
any arrears have incurr'd Since You are<lb></lb>
therefore desired to send a Copy of the Rental<lb></lb>
you had from Mr Wright and the Account of the<lb></lb>
