The Governors of this Hospital have received<lb></lb>
Your Notice for payment of an Arrear of a quit rent issuing<lb></lb>
out of a house called the Bull in Southwark, whereupon<lb></lb>
I am directed to Signify to you that there's due to<lb></lb>
this Hospital £81:5:0 from the Bridgehouse for 16 Years<lb></lb>
and a Quarter arrears of an Annuity of £5 P Ann due<lb></lb>
at Christmas last and I shall be ready to wit<lb></lb>
on you when you'll please to appoint for Setling<lb></lb>
& Clearing this Account I beg the favour of<lb></lb>
your answer</p>
