Farmer Hayes has attended the Grand Comee and <lb></lb>
propos'd to take Combert on farm for your time, so that he may<lb></lb>
be secur'd against the Arrear due from you. The Goverrs. think<lb></lb>
you would have done were to have come up with Mr. Hayes<lb></lb>
for you could not imagine any thing can be done till its<lb></lb>
seen how the Arrear is to be satisfied.</p>
<p n="591">You are now desir'd to let me know forthwith what<lb></lb>
money is ready, & how the residue is to be secur'd, & then you<lb></lb>
shall have notice when to come to town to have all matters<lb></lb>
settled: Your can't but think the Gent have been very<lb></lb>
kind in so long waiting for the performance of your<lb></lb>
frequent promises but you must not expect they will<lb></lb>
he easy any longer without some fruit from them</p>
