Cooper Hath at this present<lb></lb>
Session Exhibited his Petition and appeal setting forth That the petitioner<lb></lb>
on the fourth day of april on Thousand seven hundred and ninety seven<lb></lb>
by and with the consent of his Uncle <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50963_n1195-2">William Parratt</rs>

by Indenture of <lb></lb>
that date did put himself apprentice to the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50963_n1195-3">William Moulden</rs>

learn his Art and with him after the manner of an apprentice to serve<lb></lb>
from that day until the full end and term of Six Years: and that his<lb></lb>
said Uncle paid the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50963_n1195-4">William Moulden</rs>

's teaching and instructing the Petitioner in the said Art of a<lb></lb>
Cooper and for his finding him sufficient next drink Washing Mending<lb></lb>
Lodging and all other Necessaries during the said Term (Cloaths exepted )<lb></lb>
That at the time the Petitioner so bound himself Apprentice as aforesaid<lb></lb>
the said William Moulden carried on the Trade of a Cooper and was in a <lb></lb>
very respectable way of business at Wellwyn aforesaid but that in or<lb></lb>
about the Month ofthe said William Moulden removed<lb></lb>
therefrom and<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
resided at <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50963_geo462">Sommers Town</rs>

aforesaid That the<lb></lb>

since his Removal as aforesaid hath had<lb></lb>
little or no Work to do as a Cooper and that the Petitioner although<lb></lb>
he had been upwards of Two Years with his said Master had been<lb></lb>
taught little or nothing of his Trade having been only set to make two<lb></lb>
