whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved : which said Appeal stood duly<lb></lb>
adjourned until this day</p>
<p n="880"> NOW upon hearing the said Appeal, and hath been alledged by the respective<lb></lb>
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes, their Counsel and Witnesses in<lb></lb>
and concerning the Premises, IT IS ORDERED that the said Appeal be and the same is<lb></lb>
hereby allowed and the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside;<lb></lb>
and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor<lb></lb>
of the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes do forthwith convey and<lb></lb>
deliver back the said Elizabeth Christopher and her said Child<lb></lb>
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor<lb></lb>
of the said Parish of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50958_geo436">Saint Giles in the fields</rs>
