conceived himself aggrieved which said Appeal stood duly adjourned until this<lb></lb>
Session Now upon hearing the said appeal and what hath been alledged by<lb></lb>
the respective parties their counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the premises<lb></lb>
It is Ordered that the said Conviction be and the same is thereby Quashed</p>
