<p n="354">Scholars as a good Sober diligent and obedient Apprentice ought to do as by<lb></lb>
referrence to the said Indenture of Apprenticeship among other things expressed<lb></lb>

was so Apprenticed to the Petitioner neglected to attend to the Orders of the Petitioner<lb></lb>
in his said Business and especially by refusing and neglecting to attend to the<lb></lb>
Petitioner to be instructed and qualified to act in his said business and had<lb></lb>
refused and neglected to attend to the Petitioners business and had for a<lb></lb>
considerable time past wholly absented himself therefrom and had conducted<lb></lb>
himself towards the Petitioner in an insolent and unbecoming manner and<lb></lb>
especially the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50934_n354-2">John Van Rymsdyk</rs>

Hours contrary to the Order of the Petitioner and had frequently secretly entered<lb></lb>
the Petitioners House at very late Hours after the Family had been in Bed by<lb></lb>
opening or breaking open the Windows whereby the order of the Petitioners family<lb></lb>
had been disturbed and his House exposed to great risk and danger and that the<lb></lb>
said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50934_n354-3">John Van Rymsdyk</rs>

had not in any respect conformed himself according to<lb></lb>
the Covenants contained in the said Indenture of Apprenticeship: whereby the<lb></lb>
Petitioner conceived himself aggrieved and prayed that the said Indenture of<lb></lb>
Apprenticeship might be vacated and that the Petitioner might be released from<lb></lb>
his said Apprentice. Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been<lb></lb>
alledged by the respective Parties their Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the<lb></lb>
Premises It is Ordered that the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50934_n354-4">John Van Rymsdyk</rs>
