contrary to the Statute Etc</p>

such Conviction and in advised to Appeal against the Same</p>
<p n="44">Your Petitioners therefor humbly Pray<lb></lb>
your Worships will be pleased to permit them<lb></lb>
to enter their Appeal so that the same may<lb></lb>
be heard at this present General Session<lb></lb>
the Peace in and for the said County<lb></lb>
and that your Worships will be<lb></lb>
peace appoint a Duly for hearing the<lb></lb>
same</p>
