<p n="310"> By this Analysis, Three Points will be ascertained:</p>
<p n="311">First, The Nature, and, in many Cases, the Extent, of the<lb></lb>
Land inclosed.</p>
<p n="312">Secondly, What Persons it has been found necessary to employ<lb></lb>
in the Division of such Lands, and the Allowance usually<lb></lb>
granted them; and,</p>
<p n="313">Thirdly, The Manner in which the Commons, Common<lb></lb>
Fields, and other Commonable Lands, have commonly been<lb></lb>
divided among the Parties interested therein.</p>
<p n="314">It seems hardly possible, that any Individual can be so unrea-<lb></lb>
sonable, as to object to the general Result of such a Deduction,<lb></lb>
however it may bear on his particular Rights and Interests, or<lb></lb>
should think himself hardly dealt with, should that Result be<lb></lb>
enforced by Law; and there is every Reason to hope, that by so<lb></lb>
extensive an Investigation, not only every necessary Regulation will<lb></lb>
be discovered, of a general Nature, but also those more minute and<lb></lb>
local Circumstances, connected with the Situation of particular<lb></lb>
Districts, which ought not to be neglected on such an Occasion.</p>
<p n="315">The attempting to analyse 1,800 Acts of Parliament, is cer-<lb></lb>
tainly a formidable Undertaking, and the Execution of it must<lb></lb>
be laborious, but at the same Time it must satisfy the House,<lb></lb>
and the Public, that every Means will be taken, to probe the<lb></lb>
Question to the Bottom, and that the Object in View will be at-<lb></lb>
tained, if it can be effected by the Exertions of Zeal and In-<lb></lb>
dustry.</p>
<p n="316">In regard to the Powers of the Commissioners appointed under<lb></lb>
the General Act, they will probably be included under One or<lb></lb>
