<p n="643">RESOLUTIONS.</p>
<p n="644">RESOLVED, Nemine Diffentiente, by the Lords Spiritual<lb></lb>
and Temporal, in Parliament assembled, That, in Conse-<lb></lb>
quence of the high Price and deficient Supply of Wheat, it<lb></lb>
is expedient to adopt such Measures as may be practicable for<lb></lb>
diminishing the Consumption thereof, during the Continuance<lb></lb>
of the present Pressure, and for introducing the Use of such<lb></lb>
Articles as may conveniently be substituted in the Place<lb></lb>
thereof.</p>
<p n="645">RESOLVED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, in<lb></lb>
Parliament assembled, That the Agreement hereunto subjoined,<lb></lb>
be engrossed, and left at the Parliament Office, in order to<lb></lb>
be subscribed by any Lord of this House who shall think fit to<lb></lb>
subscribe the same himself, or in his Name by any other Lord,<lb></lb>
or by the Clerk Assistant, or by the Clerk of the Journals, or<lb></lb>
Clerk of the Papers, who shall receive Authority from such<lb></lb>
Lord so to do.</p>
<p n="646">WE, the Undersigned, impressed with a Sense of the Evils<lb></lb>
which may be experienced by His Majesty's Subjects, in Conse-<lb></lb>
quence of the deficient Supply of Wheat, unless timely and<lb></lb>
effectual Measures are taken to reduce the Consumption thereof,<lb></lb>
within such Limits as may prevent the Pressure of actual<lb></lb>
Scarcity</p>
