and Joiner by virtue of an Indenture bearing date the 25th. day of<lb></lb>
July 1791 in consideration of the Sum of Thirty Pounds for the Term of Seven<lb></lb>
Years as by the said Indenture would more fully appear: That the Petitioner<lb></lb>
duly and faithfully served his said Master according to the Tenor or Covenant<lb></lb>
contained in said Indenture from the said twenty fifth day of July One Thousand<lb></lb>
Seven hundred and ninety one for and driving and until the beginning of the<lb></lb>
Month of May One Thousand Seven Hundred and ninety five being upwards<lb></lb>
of Four Years. That on or about the beginning of the said Month of my 1795<lb></lb>
the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50915_n1351-4">William Hall</rs>

for some cause absconded from his dwelling House and<lb></lb>
Family and left the petitioner destitute of all support or employment and<lb></lb>
some time afterwards his wife and Family left his House at Chelsea aforesaid<lb></lb>
and did not leave the Petitioner a Bed to lie on nor any manner of<lb></lb>
necessaries for his support which compelled him to go to his said Fathers<lb></lb>
House where he had resided ever since. That the Petitioner had made the<lb></lb>
most diligent search and enquiries after his said Master amongst the<lb></lb>
Masters of the said Trade in general and amongst those resident at Chelsea<lb></lb>
and his Friends and acquaintance in particular but though he had continued<lb></lb>
such search and enquiry for these Six Months past as aforesaid yet he had not<lb></lb>
been able to learn or gain any intelligence whatsoever except that he had been<lb></lb>
informed that his said Master was gone to America and his wife who was<lb></lb>
gone to service gives out to that effects That in consequence of the petitioners<lb></lb>
being out of Employment and being informed that he could have relief by<lb></lb>
Summons before any of His Majestys Justices for the said County he took</p>
