ticket by a certain act of Parliament directed to be affixed to the<lb></lb>
same being affixed and marked and stamped with the stamp<lb></lb>
as by the said Act is directed and required contrary to the Statute</p>
<p n="718">That your. Petitioner conceives himself aggrieved by such<lb></lb>
conviction and is advised to appeal against the same</p>
<p n="719">Your Petitioner therefore most humbly<lb></lb>
prays your Worships will be pleased to<lb></lb>
Permit him to enter his Appeal so that the<lb></lb>
same may be hear at this General Quarter<lb></lb>
Sessions of the Peace in and for the Said County<lb></lb>
and that your Worships will appoint a day for<lb></lb>
hearing and determining the same</p>
