<p n="248">There is a Timber Bridge supported with<lb></lb>
Brickwork built on the said Brook wide enough<lb></lb>
for the passing of one Carriage; & which Bridge doth<lb></lb>
not appear to abstruct the Water Course; or to make<lb></lb>
the Water so deep, & dangerous for His Majesty's<lb></lb>
Subjects passing with thin Horses Carts & Carriages<lb></lb>
that Way</p>
<p n="249">That the Water collecting in the said Road<lb></lb>
is occasiond by the Current being impreded in the Water<lb></lb>
Course of the passing under the said Bridge; the bottom<lb></lb>
of which in many parts, is higher than that under <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50875_geo144">the<lb></lb>
Bridge</rs>

; which obstruction shoud first be removed;<lb></lb>
the bottom made with a regular fall, & the Sides<lb></lb>
bank'd up; it will Ipresume, then appear unnecessary<lb></lb>
to make any alternation to the said Bridge or of widening<lb></lb>
the said Water Course</p>

more Conspicuous & Commandcosis of the past & Rail<lb></lb>
was widend at the Extremes, desiding the Road there<lb></lb>
into two equal parts, one and conducting at low Water thro'<lb></lb>
the Brook and the other at high Water over <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50875_geo146">the Bridge</rs>

& the Entrance to that Road thick conducts this the<lb></lb>
