such Notice had been given; whereby the Petitioner conceived himself<lb></lb>
aggrieved Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been<lb></lb>
alledged by the respective Parties and their Counsel in and concerning<lb></lb>
the Premises It is Ordered that the said Conviction be and the<lb></lb>
same is hereby Quashed.</p>
