Stamp Duty of one penny imposed and payable to his present Majesty by Virtue<lb></lb>
of a certain Act of Parliament made and passed in the Twenty Sixth Year of the<lb></lb>
Regin of his present Majesty entitled an act for granting to his Majesty certain<lb></lb>
Stamp duties on Perfumery Hair powder and other Articles therein mentioned and<lb></lb>
on Licences to be taken out by persons utterring or vending the same without<lb></lb>
the Cover Wrapper or label directed by the said Act to be pasted stuck fastned<lb></lb>
or affixed to the said Inclosure containing the said Cosmetick called Carmine pro<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
to the sale or exposing to sale thereof Being well and Sufficiently pasted stuck fastned or affixed to<lb></lb>
the said Inclosure and Marked and stamped with the mark or stamp provide<lb></lb>
to be used by the Commissioners appointed to manage the duties charged<lb></lb>

vellum Parchment and Paper to Denote the said duty<lb></lb>
of one penny in such manner as in and by the said Act is Directed and<lb></lb>
