and Overseers of the poor of the said Hamlet of Hammer smith and they consenting by their<lb></lb>
counsel to the allowing the said Appeal It is Ordered that the said Appeal be and<lb></lb>
the same is hereby allowed and the said Pass Warran or Order of Removal of the said<lb></lb>
two Justices is hereby vacated and set a side And it is further Order that the<lb></lb>
