petitioners conceived themselves aggieved which said appeal stood duty adjourned unto<lb></lb>
this Session Now the said appeal coming on to be heard, at the request of the Church<lb></lb>
Wardern and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Saint <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50849_geo383">Marylebone</rs>

Derby It is Ordered that the said Appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed and the<lb></lb>
said Order of the said two Justices is hereby confirmed And it is further Ordered<lb></lb>
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Peter in the<lb></lb>
Town of Derny do maintain and provide for the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50849_n514-3">Susannah Wigley</rs>
