projection to the front of their House Situate at No. 146 on the<lb></lb>

aforesaid beyond the limits<lb></lb>
of ten Inches allowed by the said Act for the projection of Stall<lb></lb>
Boards to Shop Fronts in Streets 30 Feet wide or more That is to say,<lb></lb>
two Fees & upward And that the Cornish of the said Front did<lb></lb>
project beyond the limits of 18 Inches allowed by the said Act for<lb></lb>
the Covering of Shop fronts in Streets, 30 feet or more that is to<lb></lb>
say two feet and six inches contrary to the said Act And the<lb></lb>
said Justices on hearing of the said Information adjudged the said<lb></lb>
Projection to be a common nuisance against which Judgment<lb></lb>
your Petitioners appealed and entered into a recognizance in<lb></lb>
manner as is directed by the said act of 14th. George 3d to Prosecute<lb></lb>
their Said appeal</p>
