We whose Names are hereunder Subscribed Commissioners appointed<lb></lb>
among others for putting in Execution an act of Parliament made and passed in the Twenty<lb></lb>
Eighth Year of the Reign of King George the Third entilted "An Act for authorizing the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50754_occ110">Justices of<lb></lb>
the Peace</rs>

for the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50754_geo417">County of Middlesex</rs>
<interp inst="LMSMPS50754_geo417" type="placeName" value="County of Middlesex"></interp>

to sell the present Session House for the said County and for<lb></lb>
"enabling them to build another Session House in a more convenient Situation and to keep the same<lb></lb>
"in Repair; and for applying the Sum of Eleven Thousand Pounds to be borrowed upon the Credit<lb></lb>
"of the Surplusses of a certain Fund commonly called the Orphans Fund) towards defraying the<lb></lb>
"Expense of Building the said Session House" Do Certify that it appearing unto us upon and all other Sums of Money thereby accruing<lb></lb>
are exhausted in defraying the Expenses of Building the said Session House and the other<lb></lb>
purposes of the said Act, that the said New Session House is not yet compleated nor the other<lb></lb>
expenses of the said Act wholly defrayed And it also appearing by the Abstract of the several<lb></lb>
Bills for Extra Works in the Erection of the said New Session House and the information of Mr.<lb></lb>
Rogers and the several Workmen concerned in the Execution of the said Building that the<lb></lb>
Commissioners are liable to further demands on account of the erection of the said Session House<lb></lb>
and for the other purposes of the said Act of Parliament to the amount of £4000 and upwards<lb></lb>
and that the Sum of £4000 and upwards is wanting and necessary for compleating the Building of the said New Session House for this County<lb></lb>
and for defraying the other expences of the Act of Parliament by virtue of which the said Session<lb></lb>
House is erected<del>and</del>
We do therefore Certify the<del>Same</del>
premises in order to the said Justices ordering and directing the<lb></lb>
Treasurer of the said County to pay out of the Money by him received or to be received by virtue of<lb></lb>
an Act of the 12th Year of his late Majesty King George the Second entilted "An Act for the more<lb></lb>
easy Assessing Collecting and Levying of County Rates" to <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50754_n422-1">Charles Eyles</rs>
