and for granting to His Majesty other Duties upon all Inhabited Houses in<lb></lb>
Great Britain, and for amending the Said Act and also for amending so<lb></lb>
such of an Act made in the Seventeenth Year of the Reign of His present<lb></lb>
Majesty, as imposes a Duty upon all Servants retained on employed in the Se-<lb></lb>
veral Capacities therein mentioned; and that their are certain Clauses and<lb></lb>
Provisions contained in the said Bill, which, the Petitoners apprehend, will<lb></lb>
greatly affect the Trade and Interest of the Inhabitants of the said City; and<lb></lb>
therefore praying, that they may be heard, by their Counsel, against the said<lb></lb>
Clauses and Provisions and that they may have Such Relief therein as to the<lb></lb>
House shall seem meet.<lb></lb>
