cannot be Positive whichThat this was to the best<lb></lb>
of his Knowledge After the Soldiers had Called Out One of<lb></lb>
their Men was Shot That the Man who was Shot<lb></lb>
Informant thinks was Shot from above Stairs<lb></lb>
That as soon as the Soldier was Shot either the Justice<lb></lb>
or the Commanding Officer Ordered the Soldiers to Fire<lb></lb>
That there were some Persons in a One Pair of Stairs</p>
