bound an <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50687_occ726">Apprentice</rs>

to the Petitioner to learn the Art of a Taylor for the <lb></lb>
term of seven years and that the Sum of ten pounds was paid to the<lb></lb>
Petitioner as an Apprentice for as by the said Indenture will more fully<lb></lb>
appear That the Petitioners said Apprentice has of late at four different<lb></lb>
times Eloped from the Petitioners Service and has since declared that he<lb></lb>
will not learn his Trade nor stay with the Petitioner and that while he does<lb></lb>
stay with the Petitioner he will do him all the Injury he can The<lb></lb>
Petitioner is Apprehensive that his said Apprentice from staying out of his<lb></lb>
House has contracted some bad companions and that from such connections<lb></lb>
it will be dangerous to suffer him to continue in his house any longer and<lb></lb>
praying relief Etc Now upon hearing the said Appeal in the presence and hearing<lb></lb>
of the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50687_n2313-3">Joseph Smith</rs>
