to the parish of Saint Luke as the place of her last legal Settlement Whereby<lb></lb>
the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved which said Appeal stood<lb></lb>
duly adjourned unto this day Whereupon the Churchwardens and <lb></lb>
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Luke being Solemnly called<lb></lb>
to support their Appeal but not appearing It is ordered that the said<lb></lb>
Appeal be ad the same is hereby dismissed and the said Order of<lb></lb>
the said two Justices is hereby confirmed and It is further ordered<lb></lb>
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of<lb></lb>
Saint Luke do maintain and provide for the said Catharine<lb></lb>
Warren Hodghinson until they can free themselves from the<lb></lb>
Charge thereof by due course of Law</p>
