The report of the Prison Committee which was read and agreed<lb></lb>

The opinion of the Court being desired whether the act of Parliament<lb></lb>
for the relief of Prisoners charged with felony or other Crimes who<lb></lb>
shall be acquitted on discharged by proclamation respecting the paymt.<lb></lb>
of fees to Goalers and giving accompense for such fees out of the<lb></lb>
County rates extends to the deprivation of the right of the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50655_occ241">Clerk of the<lb></lb>
Peace</rs>

to per fees for persons discharged under the same It is the<lb></lb>
opinion of this Court that the act does not destroy the right of<lb></lb>

the several County rates made in pursuance of the said Acts of Petitionr.<lb></lb>
