in the present Note Lottery from being Drawn Blacks or Prizes that<lb></lb>
Day; Two of which Numbers Vizt. 46, 428, and 34, 757 he paid<lb></lb>
for the Insurance of the said Two last Mentioned Numbers the Sum<lb></lb>
of One Pound Seventeen Shillings and Six pence, And if Either of those<lb></lb>
Tickets came up that Day Blank or Prize He was to have Two<lb></lb>
Halves and Two Eighths of the said Tickets, That the Ticket 46, 428<lb></lb>
came up a Blank Yesterday, and 34, 757 came up a £20 Prize<lb></lb>
Yesterday; That this Informant thereupon went to the said Lottery<lb></lb>

that Neither of them had then or Ever had either or both the said 2<lb></lb>
Tickets so drawn in their or Either of their Power, Custody, or<lb></lb>
possession, By which he the said Informant Complains upon his<lb></lb>
said Oath, that he has been knowingly and designed by false<lb></lb>
pretences Cheated and defrauded of the said Sum of One Pound<lb></lb>
