Examined the Head of the Deceased And thought it<lb></lb>
requisite to take off a Part of the Shull with a Clussell<lb></lb>
in Order to Prevent any of the blood Vesseles<del>to</del>

Laseerated which is often the Case when dane with a<lb></lb>
Saw And the Blood Vessells will Empty themselves<lb></lb>
That he found the Arterial System so far as the Bone<lb></lb>
extended extremely Inflamed and very full<lb></lb>
That upon Opening of the Internal Coat he found<lb></lb>
about a Ten Spoonfull of Seyrrues Blood lying between<lb></lb>
the dura Mater and Pin Mater And that a larger<lb></lb>
Quantity might have reasonably been Expected to have<lb></lb>
been there found had it not been daily Absorbed by the<lb></lb>
Blood VessellsAs that<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
probably might be the<lb></lb>
cause why no Matter was found there<lb></lb>
That he is Apprehensive the Deceased would never<lb></lb>
perfectly have got Order this Disorder had he Lived<lb></lb>
For from the Confusion which contained in his Head<lb></lb>
from the time he Received the Injury he might have<lb></lb>
become an Idiot and Incapable of getting his Bread<lb></lb>
That he is of Opinion that in Case no Other Disorder<lb></lb>
had been brot on the Deceased that the Injury in<lb></lb>
the Deceaseds Head could not Easily be Cured</p>
