the Facts on which it is brought are as follow</p>

the Prosecutrixs's Husband was applied to by one of the Defts Friends (& an<lb></lb>
Acquaintance of Robert's) And who then had the law of Deft & what little he was intitled to. And the<lb></lb>
Deft being of an Indolent Disposition & they not knowing how to dispose of him agreed with Roberts<lb></lb>
(who is a <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50585_occ37">Victualler</rs>

) to take him into his Service (finding that his Natural Capacity rendered him unfit<lb></lb>
for any other Business) & they wod. allow Roberts 3s. & 6d. a N Val: for his Board & Lodging distinct from<lb></lb>
the Service he shod. be of to Roberts in his Business And accordingly Roberts listned to the Proposal & agreed<lb></lb>
with them to make Tryal of him for a Month & took the Fellow into his Service during which time he<lb></lb>
behaved very tractible in the Business Roberts employed him in, which was nothing more than the meneal<lb></lb>
Concerns in his Business as a <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50585_occ38">Victualler</rs>

in Carrying out Beer & geathering in Potts Etc And the Fellow's<lb></lb>
seeming Tractibility & Sivillity to the Customers Engaged Roberts to listen to further Proposals made<lb></lb>
by Defts Friends, which was, That they wod. give Roberts the Sum of £80. Provided<del>they</del>
he wod. take him<lb></lb>
off their hands & provide him with Meat Drink Lodging & Cloaths during his Defts Life And the Fellow<lb></lb>
was very ready to engage with Roberts as his Friends advised And Roberts being enduced by his then<lb></lb>
present Behaviour & in Respect Roberts had for the Persons who recommended him Agreed to take Deft upon such<lb></lb>
Terms And his (Defts) Friends glad of Such an Oppertunity of disposing of him & being determined to make<lb></lb>
a Sure Bargain Proposed Roberts's entering into & Executing a Bond to Deft (as Roberts's Information is<lb></lb>
