consideration and being of Opinion that the said Petition contains a<lb></lb>

the same whose Evidence affording a sufficient ground for the retaining <lb></lb>
the said Petition It is resolved and ordered by this Court that the<lb></lb>
Clerk of the Peace of this County do write a Letter to the said Ralph<lb></lb>
Hodgson to desire him to be present on the County day of the next<lb></lb>
session to answer the matters charged upon him and to vindicate his<lb></lb>
conduct and that the Petitioners do Attend the Court at the same <lb></lb>
time to be further heard touching the matters of the said Petition <lb></lb>
and to receive the answer of the Court thereon</p>
