His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this<lb></lb>
County That it would be reasonable & proper<lb></lb>
when any of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for<lb></lb>
this County shall Apprehend that he hath just<lb></lb>
cause of Complaint against any other of the said Justices<lb></lb>
in any matter relating to the execution of the Comission<lb></lb>
of the Peace or the Administration of Justice by acting<lb></lb>
contrary to the Rules of the Sessions First to Write<lb></lb>
or send to Acquaint him or them thereof, As probably<lb></lb>
such Justice or Justices may be able to give a sufficient<lb></lb>
and satisfactory reason for the Conduct complained of<lb></lb>
Or the matter may by that means by Adjusted & reconci=<lb></lb>
led in a friendly manner Without giving occasion for the<lb></lb>
Sessions to direct a Letter to be written to such Justice by<lb></lb>
the Clerk of the Peace to Dine on the County Day as hath<lb></lb>
been usually done This Court being of Opinion that it will<lb></lb>
be very right & proper so to do Doth hereby recommend it<lb></lb>
to be observed from this time forward.</p>
