aforesaid he Saw a Cart with Two Horses<lb></lb>
in it And the Driver of the Cart (whose Name this Informant doth not know)<lb></lb>
was helping the Deceased up on the Shafts of the Cart That soon afterwards<lb></lb>
this Informant Saw the deceased standing on the Shafts of the Cart and<lb></lb>
heard him Cay out as the Horses were going on I shall Tumble I shall<lb></lb>
be down or words to that Effect whereupon the said Driver of the<lb></lb>
Cart kept Lifting up the deceased with his hand while the Horses<lb></lb>
were going on And so continued Lifting him up<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
for some little time<lb></lb>
hill this Informant saw the deceased fall from the said Shafts<lb></lb>
of the Cart upon the Ground on the near side of the said Cart And<lb></lb>
that the near What of the said Cart went over the deceased Body<lb></lb>
about the small of his backThat<del>the foremost of the said</del>

there were two Horses in the said Cart the foremost of which<lb></lb>
Appeared to this Informant not to be much used to Drawing<lb></lb>
That the deceased fell very near the said Wheel as near as possibly<lb></lb>
