by the Deced, Says that Upon Mr. Gardner's refusing<lb></lb>
to make any Publick Acknowledgment, the Deced<lb></lb>
took out of his Pockets a Brace of Pistols and said,<lb></lb>
to Mr. Gardner, here are a Brace of Pistols, both<lb></lb>
loaded, do you take one and I will take the other,<lb></lb>
and let us decide the Matter here in this Room,<lb></lb>
Deponent says that he immediately interposed<lb></lb>
and endeavoured to prevail with the Deced to be<lb></lb>
quiet, Says that Mr. Gardner did not take the Pistol<lb></lb>
and Deponent did not hear him then say any<lb></lb>
thing, Says that<del>Mr. Gardner afterwards pulled<lb></lb>
art of house</del>
a Brace of Pistols lay upon the<lb></lb>
Table in the same Room<del>belonging to,</del>
that were not<lb></lb>
loaded and one of them wanted a Flint Says that<lb></lb>
the Deced said to Mr. Gardner, I am Astonished<lb></lb>
