wth. an Instrumt.-The Bowels came out & soecred the Surface<lb></lb>

was oblig'd to be Enlarged, in Order to Return<lb></lb>
the injustines to their due placesThe intestines were wounded<lb></lb>
in different places & were carefuly replaced-but the Wounds<lb></lb>
were mortal, & he died of the Wounds between or &<obscured></obscured>

same day he was brot. in & within a quarter of an poor after<lb></lb>
the intestines were replaced-says before the deced died he<lb></lb>
inquired of him how he came by the Wound & wher. it was<lb></lb>
by accident or wilful-That the deced answed. it was wilful<lb></lb>
he was ask'd by whom & the Answr. was by a portuguese<lb></lb>

he Answrd. that there had been a falling out between his Friend<lb></lb>
& the portuguese & that he interfer'd on his Friends behalf-is<lb></lb>
not certain but upon the best of his Rembrance says the deced</p>
