Person on Board of her, they agreed to Robb the said Ship<lb></lb>
of what Goods they con'd find and move off, says that at this<lb></lb>
Time Higgins had a sore Legg and went into an Apothecaries Shop<lb></lb>
for some Salve for it, during which Time the said Pass<lb></lb>
broke open the Cabbin of the said Ship and Stole thereout<lb></lb>
a white Bagg which he believes contained Linen and Apparell<lb></lb>
says the said Pass and Todd then Joined Higgins and went away<lb></lb>
with the said Bagg, bidding this Informt. to go back and<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
get<lb></lb>
some Goods out of said Ship, says that he did return back<lb></lb>
in Order to get some goods, but was affraid to venture, therefore<lb></lb>
went towards his Lodgings, and the same day met with his<lb></lb>
three Companions<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
who told him they had sold<lb></lb>
their Goods for three half Crowns, but refused to give him<lb></lb>
any part of the Money, telling him that he had got<lb></lb>
more goods than they had himself, and at the same time said<lb></lb>
Pass and Higgins told this Informant, that they had<lb></lb>
been a second Time on Board the aforesaid Ship and missed<lb></lb>
a Coat and Waistcoats which they imagined he had Taken</p>
