That your Worships Petitioner<lb></lb>
being Sentenced by this Court in a fine of Fifty<lb></lb>
Pounds and Six months Imprisonment, and your<lb></lb>
Petitioner's Time being now Expired but not being able<lb></lb>
to Discharge himself by Reason of the great fine Laid<lb></lb>
upon him, Your Worships Petitioner humbly Prays your<lb></lb>
Worships will grant him Leave to Draw his Recognizances<lb></lb>
this Sessions. Humbly Hoping Your Worships will not<lb></lb>
order them to be Estreated as it will be the Utter Ruin of<lb></lb>
him, he having been Seven months Allready in Confinement<lb></lb>
Therefore Humbly Praying you Worships will Take<lb></lb>
his Unfortunate Case into Consideration Your Worships<lb></lb>
