Auctioner; And this Informt. says that before that day<lb></lb>
to wit the day of the Sale of the said House which was<lb></lb>
about July last, he never Spoke to, Conserved with, had<lb></lb>
any Dealing or Transaction with, of any kind whatsoever<lb></lb>
with the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50490_n505-3">Nicholas Campbell</rs>

this Informt. says that on this day he bid about fourscore<lb></lb>
pounds for the said House but that others bidding more<lb></lb>
he had it not, says that in abt. a Week after the afore sd Sale<lb></lb>
he met the said Mr. Campbell in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50490_geo406">St. James's Square</rs>

Spoke to this Informt. first, and Told him that the House<lb></lb>
was not Said, that he owed the aforesaid Mr. Gibbons<lb></lb>
£160, that if he wou'd lend him forty pounds the shou'd<lb></lb>
be able to pays off, part of the sd. Mortgage and that he<lb></lb>
shou'd have the Houn or a proper Valuation<lb></lb>
says that the next day he carried two £20 Notes<lb></lb>
to the said Campbells House from whom he</p>
