<p n="202">That Your Petition would very Willingly take<lb></lb>
upon him the Execution of the said Office, but for that he is under<lb></lb>
an ill state of health being frequently Afflicted with very severe<lb></lb>
and Tedious Fits of the Rhumatism and other disorders which<lb></lb>
he is fearful will render him uncapable of his Duty</p>
<p n="203">That there are several Gentlemen of Ability that are his<lb></lb>
Neighbours ready to Serve the said Office and such as with Submission<lb></lb>
to your Worships Judgement better Qualified in all Respects<lb></lb>
than your Petitioner</p>
<p n="204">Your Petr. therefore humbly prays that he<lb></lb>
may e Dismissed from the said Office and that any One of the<lb></lb>
under written may be Appointed thereto as to your Worships<lb></lb>
shall seem meet</p>
