wholly and intirely a Secret from Your Petitioner, so that Your<lb></lb>
Petitioner in case his Health would permit, could not be made<lb></lb>
a perfect Master of that Branch of his Business, in the space of<lb></lb>
Time he has yet to Serve, in requiring great experience to be<lb></lb>
perfect therein; but Your Petitioner humbly insists and us<lb></lb>
Advised he can never be well while he is at the Trade he is<lb></lb>
bound to; it being so disagreeable and prejudicial to his<lb></lb>
Constitution, and if he continues longer at it, it will inevitably<lb></lb>
(without God's great Mercy) determine in his Death; And Your<lb></lb>
Petitioners said Master (Although he is Your Petitioners<lb></lb>
Uncle) upon his being applied to, to Assign him Over to some<lb></lb>
other Trade less prejudicial to his Health, Lay'd "He woud<lb></lb>
not part with him till the last Moment of his Time was expired<lb></lb>
not for a Thousand Pounds, but would keep him tho' he Died<lb></lb>
by Inches before his Face.</p>
<p n="406">And Your Petitioner further sheweth unto Your Worships, that<lb></lb>
on or about <rs type="date" id="LMSMPS50429_date145">Ninth day of<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
June</rs>

, last he again relapsed into<lb></lb>
his former Disorder, and his said Master gave him leave to go and be<lb></lb>
with his Grandmother (it being Your Petitioners desire, his Master<lb></lb>
not finding him any necessarys fit for a Sick Person, Except what<lb></lb>
Your Petitioner paid for out of his own Pocket) where he has<lb></lb>
continued ever since, without having any help or Sustenance<lb></lb>
from his said Master, and Your Petitioner has intirely lost<lb></lb>
the Use of his Right hand, and is in great Fear of losing<lb></lb>
his left.</p>
<p n="407">Your Petitioner therefore most humbly Prays<lb></lb>
Your Worships, that you would be Pleased to take<lb></lb>
this his Calamitous Case into Your Considerations<lb></lb>
and be pleased to make such Order therein, and<lb></lb>
grant him such relief as to Your Worship's<lb></lb>
Shall seem meet, and as the Nature & Circumstances<lb></lb>
of his Case may required.</p>
<p n="408">And Your Petitioner (as in Duty bound) Shall<lb></lb>
