was Afflicted with a Violent in ward Disorder and continual Faintings<lb></lb>

by Your Petitioner as soon as he began to work again at his<lb></lb>

Disorder; and was a Second time sent to the said Hospital, where<lb></lb>
he was to all outward appearance seemingly Cured, but no sooner did<lb></lb>
Your Petitioner Attempt to Work at his said Business but he<lb></lb>
again relapsed, and has since been under the Hands of several<lb></lb>
Physicians and Appothecary's, and as fast as they seemingly<lb></lb>
Cured him upon his Attempting to Work, his said Disorder <lb></lb>
constantly returned again upon him: And the said <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50429_occ208">Doctor</rs>

that he was incurable while he continued at that Business, and<lb></lb>
at the same time gave him a Certificate thereof; and also Certified<lb></lb>
that there was same Material used in Enamelling and China<lb></lb>
Painting that was frequently the occasion of such and many<lb></lb>
other Disorders: And Your Petitioner is in informed that the<lb></lb>
Coloures which are used in China Painting and Enamelling are<lb></lb>
extracted from Minerals and are deemed by most Physicians<lb></lb>
and Chemists to be of a Poisonous Nature or Quality.</p>
<p n="404">And Your Petitioner further Sheweth unto your Worships<lb></lb>
that he has Served upwards of four Years of his Time and as<lb></lb>
the said Coloures used in his Business are contracted from<lb></lb>
Minerals are require great Skill and Experienced to Prepare<lb></lb>
the same, yet his said Master has kept that part of the<lb></lb>
business</p>
