This Informt: maketh Oath that he
has a strong suspicion that a person
who calls himself Timothy Try< no role > but
went by the name of William Try< no role >
to this Informt: did Feloniously steal
take of carry away a Hind horse
the property of one Walter Langton< no role >
of Cookam in the County of Berkshire
of like wise a saddle of bridle the
property of Ralph Rollee< no role > of Bisham
Tarmer in the said County of Berks here
on or about the 29th day of Novembr:
last because he the said Timothy
Try other wise William Try sbld
the said Horse bridle of Sadle to
this Informt: of after wards the said
horse was taken from this Informt:
as being stolen by one Nathaniel
Gunnel< no role > Servant to the said
Walter Langton< no role > of by the description
he then give of the thief the said
Timothy Try otherwise William
Try was the person who stole
the aforesaid horse of the Sadle
of bridle was afterwards taken
way by Ralph Rollee< no role > from this
