down the Yard calling the said Wm. Burford some bad Names<lb></lb>
and at last threw at him with great force a Pegg of a Cart, to<lb></lb>
which this Informt. told him if he had hit him with it, heard-<lb></lb>
have Knocked his Brains out to which he replyed and Said<lb></lb>
Damn him I did not Care if I had<del>had,</del>
if it was not for the<lb></lb>
Law I would stick my Knife into him, Says<del>that</del>
