of Kensington</rs>

in this County exhibited unto this unto this Court setting forth<lb></lb>
That he hath expended about the Sum of four pounds & five<lb></lb>
Shillings in passing Vagrants from the Officers of the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50319_geo586">City<lb></lb>
and Liberty of Westminster</rs>

<interp inst="LMSMPS50319_geo586" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
through the said County, as may<lb></lb>
appeare by Certificates of allowance Signed by two of his<lb></lb>
Maties <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50319_occ248">Justices of the peace</rs>

for the said County, which<lb></lb>
expences still remain unpaid to the petitioner, and the<lb></lb>
petitioner praying that this Court<del>this Court</del>
will be<lb></lb>
pleased to order that the Treasurer of the said County may<lb></lb>
pay to the petitioner his said expences, It is Ordered by this<lb></lb>
Court that it be and It is hereby recommended and referred<lb></lb>
unto his Maties <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50319_occ249">Justices of the peace</rs>

for this County appointed<lb></lb>
to take the accounts of the Treasurers of the said County or<lb></lb>
any three or more of them to peruse and inspect the said<lb></lb>
Certificates, and to inquire if the Vagrants therein mentioned<lb></lb>
were duely passed, and to examin if the sums allowed to the<lb></lb>
petitioner by the said Certificates for such Service are just<lb></lb>
and reasonable and such as ought to be allowed, or if<lb></lb>
over charged and how much, And to certify what in<lb></lb>
their opinion is justly one to the petitioner for the said<lb></lb>
Service unto the Court of General Quarter or General<lb></lb>
Sessions of the peace for this County to the End such further<lb></lb>
Order may be made as the Court shall in that behalf<lb></lb>
think proper.</p>
