as the place of their<lb></lb>
last legal settlement, whereby the Petrs. thought themselves aggrieved<lb></lb>
And therefore prayed that this Court would be pleased to appoint a<lb></lb>
time for hearing & determining the said appeale, and that all<lb></lb>
persons concerned might then attend, whereupon It was by an Order<lb></lb>
made by this Court on the said fourth day of may instant Ordered by<lb></lb>
this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said<lb></lb>

the morning to heare & abide the Judgment & determination of this<lb></lb>

Court touching the said appeale, Now upon hearing of what was<lb></lb>
alledged by Councel for the<del>Churchwar</del>
said Appellants alledging<lb></lb>
that one of their material witnesses touching the settlement in question<lb></lb>
being sick and not now able to attend this Court they were not now<lb></lb>
prepared to prosecute their said appeale, and therefore praying<lb></lb>
that the hearing of the said appeale may be adjourned This Court<lb></lb>
upon hearing of what was alledged by Councel for the Churchwardns.<lb></lb>
