and appeale unto this Court on the said twelfth day of January in the aforesaid<lb></lb>
ninth yeare of the regin of our said Sovereign Lord King George the<lb></lb>
second Setting forth That on the twenty Sixth day of December last<lb></lb>
the Constables Churchwardens & Inhabitants of the said Hamlet met<lb></lb>
together, and nominated two persons for Surveyors of the high ways in<lb></lb>
the said hamlet for the yeare ensuring whom they returned in a List<lb></lb>
to his Maties <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50314_occ126">Justices of the peace</rs>

for the said County assembled in<lb></lb>
special Sessions at Staines in the said County on the ninth day of<lb></lb>

aggrieved by the said Appointment, appealed against tha same, and<lb></lb>
humbly prayed that this Court would be pleased to discharge the<lb></lb>
