timber at three pounds as charged there will remaine<lb></lb>

was to have been paid upon his finishing<lb></lb>

way but is not yet paid, And the Petr. therefore<lb></lb>

sed that this Court would be pleased to Order him<lb></lb>
Paymt. of the sd three pounds & thirteen Shillings, And<lb></lb>
that it might be Minuted downe that when the bridge<lb></lb>
shall be repaired he may have the said peice of timber<lb></lb>
or three pounds in lien thereof, Now upon informacon<lb></lb>
given unto this Court by the said Mr. Bland that he did<lb></lb>
