<p n="871">Shall think fit, and inspect the Poors Rate now in<lb></lb>
question, And to examine & consider whether the sd.<lb></lb>
Rate is equall legall & just or whether the same<lb></lb>
is unequall illegall & unjust, and in what Particulars<lb></lb>
And if it Shall appeare that the Petrs. or any other<lb></lb>
Inhabitants are unduely charges by the said Rate Then to<lb></lb>
consider how and in what manner they ought to be<lb></lb>
relived, And it the said Rate shall appeare to be Unequall<lb></lb>
illegall & unjust Then to Propose in what method<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
equall new Rate may be made for releife of the poor<lb></lb>
within the limits of the said old parish, And if the petrs.<lb></lb>
and the present Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of<lb></lb>
the said old parish Shall assent thereto Then to make & settle<lb></lb>
Such new Rate and to have the same confirmade by two of<lb></lb>
his Maties. Justices of the Peace for this County dwelling in<lb></lb>
or neare the said Parish or Division wherein the said<lb></lb>
parish doth lye (Quorum unns) And if they shall refuse<lb></lb>
to give Such assent Then to report in what method a just<lb></lb>
& equall Rate may be made for releife of the poor within<lb></lb>
the limits os the said old parish, unto the Court of the<lb></lb>
next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be hold<lb></lb>
for this County, And this Court doth require that the sd.<lb></lb>
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor doe attend & Producing<lb></lb>
the Poors Rate now in question & such other books & attempts<lb></lb>
as shall be necessary to be produced before the sd. Justices<lb></lb>
of the peace or any three of them (Quorum unns) at such<lb></lb>
times & Places as they shall appoint, And<del>to the into at that<lb></lb>
a Sufficient</del>
in case the said Justices of the peace shall by<lb></lb>
the assent aforesaid make such new Rate Then such<lb></lb>
Inhabitants who have paid any<obscured></obscured>

Rate now in question shall be allowed the same as<obscured></obscured>

Upon such new Rate, And to the intent that a sufficient<lb></lb>
Number of the Said Justices of the peace inhabiting with<lb></lb>
Holborne Division aforesaid may Meet together touching<lb></lb>
the matters to them referred as aforesaid It is hereby<lb></lb>
Ordered that due & timely notice of the times & Places<lb></lb>
their meetings be given to all the Justices of the peace<lb></lb>
inhabiting within the same Division,</p>
