humbly appeal to your Worpps therefrom And pray<lb></lb>
that your Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the<lb></lb>
prmisses and order that the Churchwardens & Overseers<lb></lb>
of the poor of the said parish of St Giles without<lb></lb>
Cripplegate in this County may appear before you at a<lb></lb>
certain day to hear and abide the Judgment and Determinacon<lb></lb>
of your Worpps touching this appeal</p>
