Parish on any pretence whatsoever was in illegall<lb></lb>
oppression highly tending to discourage his Maties<lb></lb>
faithfull subjects from contributing chearfully <lb></lb>
towards those supplys which the necessitys<lb></lb>
the state may require to be laid upon them</del>
