deliver a coppy of <lb></lb>
the said last menconed order unto Mr. Gamull one<lb></lb>
of the Churchwardens of the said parish of St. Dunstan<lb></lb>
in the West and at the same time pay to him the<lb></lb>
sume of twenty shillings for the costs above menconed,<lb></lb>
And For that neither the Churchwardens & overseers<lb></lb>
of the poor of the said parish of St. Dunstan in the<lb></lb>
West (tho' publiquely called in this Court) nor any<lb></lb>
of them nor any other person on their or any<lb></lb>
of their behalfe doe appeare in this Court to<lb></lb>
prosecute the said appeale, This Court upon mocon<lb></lb>
of Mr. Baynes of Councell for the Churchwardens &<lb></lb>
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Giles<lb></lb>
in the fields Doth dismiss the said appeale And doth<lb></lb>
ratify & confirm the aforesaid order of the sd. two<lb></lb>
Justices of the peace, And doth require the<lb></lb>
Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of the sd<lb></lb>
parish of St. Dunstan in the west & all persons<lb></lb>
concerned to yeild due obedience thereunto, And<lb></lb>
doth Order that the Church wardens & overseers of the<lb></lb>
poor of the said parish of St. Dunstan in the west or<lb></lb>
